A circle of women, most of them friends, some of them family, who wanted one day for themselves. We shaped it around them: a matcha workshop, small rituals to take home, collagen cocktails at the bar, laughter in between, and Wood Ritual to close, slowly. They came as friends who never find the time. They left having taken it.

A leadership team, a full day designed and hosted by ours. Training and team conversations in the morning, movement and meditation after lunch, a creative workshop to say what slides never do. Then Wood Ritual, and an aperitivo as the light faded. They arrived with an agenda. They left with a shared memory, and clearer heads.

A creative team flown in from Paris to end the season together. A leadership workshop led by our founder to open, Wood Ritual to reconnect as people, then an evening of exception: a private chef, a tasting of the world's longevity zones travelling from dome to dome, each with its own flavour, mood and moment, and a private karaoke to finish. One evening, and a team that felt like a family again.

An Evening Between Mothers

No experience, no activity, by design. A leadership team took the whole place for one reason: clarity. Total privacy, space to think, and a morning entirely their own. Strategy reviewed all together, then breakout domes where small groups worked on different approaches, each more creative than the last. Then back together at the bar in Loma Linda to share, listen, challenge each other and widen their perspectives. They came with the same questions. They left with more answers, and a team that had actually heard each other.

The women of the Athlone–Châteaubriant twinning committee, every generation together, wanted to welcome summer differently and pay tribute to the bond between their two towns. They imagined the whole event themselves: a singer as the sun went down, homemade specialities shared from table to table, and the place entirely theirs until the last light. They came to honour a friendship. They left having lived it.
